Vegan Gobi Manchurian

Vegan Gobi Manchurian is a delicious Indo-Chinese dish featuring crispy cauliflower florets tossed in a savory and tangy sauce. It's perfect for serving as a main dish with rice or as a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-inch ginger, grated

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooked rice, for serving

  • Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

Add enough water to a bowl to make a thick batter


Then mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice vinegar


Make sure all of the cauliflower florets are covered in batter when you dip them in it


In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat


Fry the cauliflower until it is crispy and golden brown


Take it out of the pan and set it aside


If you need to, add a little more oil to the same pan


Add garlic, ginger, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green onions and cook them until they smell good


Add the vegetable broth, tomato paste, sriracha sauce, and mix well


Bring to a low boil


Add the cauliflower florets that have been fried to the sauce


Mix the florets and sauce together until the sauce gets thicker


Add pepper and salt to taste


Hot vegan Gobi Manchurian should be served on top of cooked rice


Before serving, top with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds

Grilled Chicken with Raspberry Chipotle Glaze

With a raspberry chipotle glaze that is both sweet and spicy, tender grilled chicken breasts are made even better. These instructions are simple to follow, and the food will taste great at your next barbecue.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup raspberry preserves

  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level


Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts


Put raspberry preserves, chipotle peppers that have been minced, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and ground ginger in a small saucepan


Over medium heat, mix well and slightly thicken for about 5 to 7 minutes


Grill the chicken breasts for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked


In the last few minutes of cooking, baste them with the raspberry chipotle glaze every so often


Take the chicken off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes


Grilled chicken should be served with any glaze that is left over on the side

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

Turn the chicken wings over every so often on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are cooked all the way through and have a nice char


Add fresh cilantro on top and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken pieces

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

For the marinade, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and oil in a bowl


Add the chicken


Make sure the chicken pieces are well covered when you add them to the marinade


Let it sit for at least two hours, but ideally overnight


Warm the grill up to a medium-high level


Put the chicken pieces that have been marinated on the grill


Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the chicken every now and then, until it is fully cooked and charred on the outside

  • 2 rijpe peren, geschild en in blokjes gesneden

  • 1 kopje chocoladeschilfers

  • 1 kopje bloem

  • 1/2 kopje suiker

  • 1/4 kopje cacaopoeder

  • 1/4 kopje melk

  • 1/4 kopje gesmolten boter

  • 1 ei

  • 1 theelepel vanille-extract

  • 1/2 theelepel bakpoeder

  • Een snufje zout

Instructions:

Mix the flower, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vinegar in a bowl


Melt the butter and add the egg, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate to the bad meat


Good luck until everything is put together


Put the chocolate wafers and cookie dough ahead of time in the freezer


Cover the cake in silicone cupcake molds


Put the cupcake molds in the Air Fryer and bake at 180C for 15 to 18 minutes


Take the chocolate cakes out of the air fryer and let them cool down

Instructions:

Dice some potatoes and put them in the slow cooker


Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together


Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix the ingredients together


Set the timer for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high


Cover and cook until the potatoes are soft


If you want, you can sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C


Put paper liners in a muffin tin or grease it a little


Lemon juice and almond milk should be mixed in a small bowl


Take a break and let it sit for five minutes


Add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk mixture to a large bowl


Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together well


Put the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together using a sieve


Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together


Do not mix too much


Fill up about two-thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup with batter


Put it in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean


Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through


Serve and have fun!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix

  • 24 candy eyeballs

  • 1/2 cup vanilla frosting

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C


Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish


Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions


Pour brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean


Let brownies cool completely


Cut brownies into squares


Place candy eyeballs on top of each brownie


Transfer vanilla frosting to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small corner cut off


Pipe frosting in straight lines across each brownie to create mummy bandages, leaving space for the eyes

Apple Crisp Egg Rolls Cookies

The flavors of a classic apple crisp are combined with the convenience of a hand-held treat in these Apple Crisp Egg Rolls. Crispy egg roll wrappers are filled with spiced apples and topped with a crunchy oat topping and baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and diced

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 12 egg roll wrappers

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C


In a bowl, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch


Mix well and set aside for about 10 minutes


Lay out an egg roll wrapper with one corner pointing towards you


Brush the edges with melted butter to seal the rolls


In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt


Mix well


Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto the bottom third of the egg roll wrapper


Sprinkle a spoonful of the oat mixture on top of the apples


Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom, sealing the edges with melted butter


Place the rolled egg rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down


Brush the tops of the egg rolls with a little more melted butter


Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy


Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving


Serve the apple crisp egg rolls warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce
