Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Grilled Tandoori Chicken is a tasty Indian dish. The chicken is first marinated in yogurt and spices, and then it is grilled until it's done. It's smoky, sour, and smells great, which is why barbecue fans love it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken pieces

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

For the marinade, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and oil in a bowl


Add the chicken


Make sure the chicken pieces are well covered when you add them to the marinade


Let it sit for at least two hours, but ideally overnight


Warm the grill up to a medium-high level


Put the chicken pieces that have been marinated on the grill


Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the chicken every now and then, until it is fully cooked and charred on the outside


With lemon wedges and mint chutney, serve hot
