Peach Pie Ice Cream Bars

Peach Pie Ice Cream Bars combine the flavors of fresh peaches, warm spices, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a buttery graham cracker crust into a delightful frozen treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh peach slices

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

Put peach slices, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan

It will take about 5 minutes of cooking over medium heat until the sugar is gone and the peaches are soft

Take it off the heat and let it cool down

Put parchment paper around the edges of a square baking dish so that it hangs over the sides

Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and chopped pecans should all be mixed together well in a bowl

So that the crust is even, press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish that has been lined

Put vanilla ice cream on top of the crust in a thin layer

Put the peach mixture that has been cooled on top of the ice cream

Place the baking dish in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is firm
